Project Description

For one of our school assignments, we had to make a Far Cry 5 custom map using the editor provided with the game. I decided to make an "Assault" type map since I believed it to be the mode that would give me the most freedom with what I aimed to do.

I took inspiration from a game called Spec Ops: The Line for the city buried under the sand, and made a map that could be beaten with 3 types of loadout, some being more "stealthy" than others.

​

I made sure to separate the map in dinstinct areas, and direct the players to toward the right path with the spawn of enemy waves. I didn't want to stop the fun of players wanting to go around the map by blocking them, so this was an interesting compromise.
